General Manager LATAM

This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving the region's strategy, commercial performance, and profitability across Latin America. The successful candidate will oversee multi-country operations, distributor networks, and commercial leadership teams while serving as the primary point of contact for key customers and strategic stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of regional growth objectives.

Required Profile

• 8+ years of leadership experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, aesthetics, or related industries.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Proven track record managing regional operations across Latin America.
• Experience leading high-performing commercial teams and distributor networks.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and business development.
