- Supervisar el proceso end-to-end de emisión de cuentas multinacionales.
- Coordinar con Oficinas Productoras el envío de Instrucciones para renovación de las pólizas
- Asegurar la alineación entre requerimientos locales y lineamientos globales de los programas multinacionales.
- Gestionar la relación con aseguradoras, oficinas de Marsh en otros países y equipos internos.
- Dar seguimiento a fechas críticas, renovaciones, emisiones y entregas al cliente.
- Identificar riesgos operativos, errores de emisión y oportunidades de mejora en procesos.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de KPIS, políticas internas, estándares de calidad y requerimientos regulatorios aplicables.
- Liderar, desarrollar y dar soporte al equipo bajo su responsabilidad.
- Escalar oportunamente casos complejos o excepciones a las áreas correspondientes.
- Mantener indicadores de desempeño, productividad, calidad y tiempos de respuesta.
- Apoyar iniciativas de estandarización, automatización y mejora continua..
