Join an international team supporting restaurant partners across Europe on a leading hospitality platform. In this role, you'll help customers resolve technical and account-related queries, provide support through multiple communication channels, and help customers get the most

out of the platform.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

• Supporting customers via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp
• Assisting with technical, account, and platform-related questions
• Investigating issues and providing clear, solution-oriented guidance
• Managing multiple requests while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Escalating complex technical or billing-related cases to the relevant departments
• Developing in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate support
• Understanding customers' business needs and delivering a positive experience during every interaction

Our Expectations:

• German proficiency at C2 level
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

• €1,400 gross/month
• Performance bonus of up to 10% of the monthly gross salary
• Meal allowance: €3 net per working day during the first year, increasing to €6 net per working day after 12 months
• €500 annual anniversary bonus

• Hybrid work model in Neos Kosmos, Athens
