German speaker with Customer Service experience and good English?

€1,800–€1,950 avg. gross/month + meal vouchers | €1,000 sign-in bonus

✅ Job & Location

• Athens – Neos Kosmos
• Start: 9.11
• Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00
• 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week
• Role starts office based
• Potential hybrid work after successful training and nesting
• Permanent Greek employment contract

✅ What you will do

• Support German-speaking banking customers via phone, email and chat
• Help with everyday account and banking-related questions
• Assist customers with digital banking services
• Provide clear and solution-oriented support
• Follow internal banking procedures and quality standards

No previous banking experience is required — full paid training in German is provided.

✅ Salary & Benefits

• €1,400 gross/month x14
• €100 fixed project bonus/month
• Performance bonus up to 10%
• €1,000 sign-in bonus
• 2 additional base-salary payments per year – €2,800 gross total
• €100 net/month additional meal voucher
• Up Hellas Card: approx. €60 net/month
• €500 anniversary bonus after one year
• Private health insurance

✅ Requirements

• German C1/C2
• English B2 or higher
• You already bring some first Customer Service experience
• No previous banking experience required
• Customer-oriented and professional approach
• You live in Athens or are ready to relocate
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Greece

Relocation support is available for eligible candidates:

• 1–2 months free shared accommodation
• Flight support up to €300
