What We're Looking For

• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Strong English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
