Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English. Assist customers with digital service platforms, account queries, and technological features. Ensure highest customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering empathetic, accurate, and prompt solutions. Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively. Requirements & Qualifications Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) + Strong Business English (B2+). Must already reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security). Strong communication skills with a customer-first, empathetic mindset. Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shift schedules. Reliable high-speed home internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace.
