What You'll Do

• Support German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Help with product questions, orders and troubleshooting
• Deliver clear, empathetic, solution-focused service
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM

What You Need

• German at B2+ level or higher (native speakers very welcome)
• English B2 for training and internal communication
• A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
