Your core mission will be to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure uninterrupted global supply chains. Core Responsibilities

Client Advisory: Manage urgent telephone inquiries and digital support tickets with utmost professionalism, ensuring strict adherence to corporate safety and quality protocols.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering divisions to minimize turnaround times and maintain precise digital records in enterprise databases.
