What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, live chat, and email in both German and English.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide the best possible solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve service quality and internal processes.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (Deutsch) and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Experience supporting customers in both German and English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, solution-oriented approach when working under pressure.
• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar CRM/customer support platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop with an Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD processor.
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and upload.
