Essential Skills and Qualifications – Customer Service and Sales Support Jobs in Munich Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native/fluent) and good command of English. Experience (1+ years preferred) in Customer Service, Sales Support, or related client-facing roles within an international environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Competent with MS Office and CRM or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar). Attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer requests and challenges. Team player able to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships across departments. Eligibility to work in Germany or willingness to relocate to Munich (relocation support provided).
