About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to join an international team in Bucharest.

In this role, you will provide professional customer support, handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will also have opportunities to contribute to cross-selling and upselling activities.

What You’ll Do

✅ Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat

✅ Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions

✅ Handle and document customer interactions using CRM systems

✅ Follow quality and service standards

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when necessary

✅ Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling

✅ Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach

What We’re Looking For

🇩🇪 Advanced German – C1/C2 level (spoken & written)

🇬🇧 English – B2 minimum for internal communication

💬 Excellent communication and active-listening skills

🧩 Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset

💻 Good computer literacy and MS Office skills

⭐ Customer service experience is a plus

📞 Comfortable working with phone, email, and live-chat support

📊 Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate documentation

🎯 Comfortable with cross-selling/upselling opportunities

Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

Hybrid setup:

🏢 Monday – Wednesday: On-site

🏠 Thursday – Friday: Remote

Training: Monday – Friday | 10:00 – 17:00 | 1 week

📍 Important: Candidates must already be based in Bucharest and able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
