Overview To support our growing international operations, we are hiring a client-focused German speaker in Bucharest. Serving as the lead representative for German-speaking users, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience. This hybrid position combines collaborative in-office teamwork early in the week with remote work flexibility to round out the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Management: Field incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests using professional German.
• First-Contact Resolution: Resolve customer requests on initial contact to maintain high CSAT scores.
• CRM Logging: Record client interactions, account updates, and support tickets in enterprise software.
• Internal Escalation: Partner with technical departments and higher tier support to resolve complex cases.
• Value-Add Opportunities: Identify ideal moments to suggest relevant service enhancements or product upgrades.
• Ongoing Learning: Keep up to date with product features, internal processes, and quality standards.
  
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Language Capabilities: Fluent or C1/C2-level German (written and spoken); B2 or higher English for team systems and internal alignment.
• Communication: Exceptional active listening alongside clear, articulate verbal and written communication.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled with general business software (MS Office) and quick to adapt to internal tools.
• Personal Traits: Patient, empathetic, and solution-driven when managing delicate client situations.

Paid Orientation Program

• Length: 1 week of fully paid onboarding.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00–17:00.
