Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to commercial vehicles, including specifications, availability, and purchasing processes. Handle order processing, returns, and warranty issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline the customer experience and resolve issues promptly. Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services, along with industry trends. Document customer interactions and effectively communicate feedback to relevant departments for service improvement. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about commercial vehicles.
