Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding educational products and e-learning solutions. Assist customers with inquiries about courses, enrollment processes, and online learning platforms. Guide clients through troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions to enhance their learning experience. Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's educational offerings and promote suitable solutions to clients. Document all customer interactions accurately to inform ongoing improvements in service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure client success. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance effectively. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
