Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist key international clients by leveraging your German language skills.
- Participate in a variety of projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with users to identify, assess, and pre-qualify complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Fluent German both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
