German-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Location: Remote – Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding mobile telephony and fiber-optic internet services.
• Assist customers with invoices, payments, orders, PIN/PUK, roaming, and connectivity issues.
• Promote additional services, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer retention calls to reduce cancellations and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Accurately document customer interactions and provide effective solutions.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in German.
• B2-level English for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and technical troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is highly valued.
  
  
  

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Fully remote work from Greece.
