About the Role

We are looking for German and English-speaking freelancers to support international market research projects.

This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity, ideal for proactive individuals who enjoy communicating with people, conducting online research, and working independently. You will work with a friendly international team and gain experience supporting global research studies while

developing valuable communication and research skills.

What You Will Do

• Identify and recruit participants for international market research projects
• Reach out to potential participants via phone, email, and professional networks
• Conduct simple online research to find suitable candidates
• Keep records of your outreach and progress using basic tools
• Communicate professionally with participants and the internal project team

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, research, or similar roles is a plus
• Good communication skills and confidence speaking with people
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
• A personal LinkedIn account or willingness to create one
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working towards targets
