German-Speaking Inside Sales Representative – No Sales Experience Required

Barcelona | Hybrid – 2 days remote per week
€25,000 base salary + uncapped commission | €40,000 OTE

Are you a native or fluent German speaker looking to start or develop your career in sales?

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused German speaker with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in sales.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential. Experience in customer service, account management, retail, recruitment, e-commerce or other customer-facing environments can also be highly relevant.

• Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients
• Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience
• Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the DACH market

You will perform if you have the following:

• Native or fluent German, good level of English
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, adaptable
• A plus: experience in e-commerce, textile, or fashion
