Do you want to work in the fashion tech industry and provide top-tier IT support to international retail stores? Our client is looking for German-speaking professionals to join their IT Support team in vibrant Málaga!

What will you do?

• Provide remote IT support to retail stores across Europe
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications and incidents
• Support retail store systems and POS environments
• Handle service requests and incidents following ITIL guidelines
• Document solutions and ensure accurate ticket handling
• Guide users towards self-service solutions
• Act as an advocate for users and their technical needs
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the global IT Service Desk

What are we looking for?

• Fluent German and English
• An interest in IT and technology
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of basic networking concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional weekends
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus, but not essential
