Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities. A willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
