Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey. Stay informed on new products and updates to deliver up-to-date support. Your Qualifications Fluent German (C1), both spoken and written. Good command of English (B2). Experience in customer service or call center roles (automotive experience is a plus). Passion for automotive topics and tech-savvy mindset. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
