German-Speaking Service Desk Analyst

Our partner, a leading provider of IT infrastructure services, is looking for a German-Speaking Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Budapest.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist key international clients by leveraging your German language skills.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues and efficiently handle customer requests.
• Participate in a variety of projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with users to identify, assess, and pre-qualify complex technical issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
