Listing Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Listing Specialist to manage and optimize property listings across platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. The ideal candidate has experience with short-term rentals, strong written communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize property listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platforms.
• Write compelling, SEO-friendly property titles and descriptions that drive bookings.
• Ensure listing information, amenities, pricing, availability, house rules, and policies are accurate and up to date.
• Organize and optimize property photos, captions, and listing order to improve presentation and conversion.
• Coordinate with operations and property management teams to ensure listing information reflects the actual property.
• Monitor listing performance, views, conversion rates, and booking trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve listing quality, visibility, and occupancy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark listings and identify trends.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and coordinate with platform support when necessary.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all booking channels.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in short-term rental, Airbnb, property management, or listing management.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience writing property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel manager platforms such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, or Lodgify is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO, listing optimization, and conversion principles.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PriceLabs or other revenue management tools.
• Familiarity with Canva or basic photo-editing tools.
• Experience analyzing listing performance and booking data.
• Understanding of Airbnb ranking and search visibility factors.
