We are seeking a German-Speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join our dedicated RPO team supporting Mundipharma , a multinational biopharmaceutical client. This is an exciting career opportunity to drive high-touch talent acquisition across Germany, the UK, and the broader EMEA region.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Niche Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Actively headhunt and build pipelines for senior, niche, and executive-level candidates within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to client Hiring Managers and internal Talent Advisors, participating in joint intake calls and providing market mapping insights.
• End-to-End Candidate Engagement: Find suitable passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and advanced sourcing channels; screen, manage, and guide candidates through the interview process up to offer acceptance.
• Complex Offer Management: Guide candidates through Mundipharma ’s flexible benefits package and navigate high-level offer discussions with discretion and confidentiality.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the RSR recruiting organization and Mundipharma with resilience, high-quality candidate experience, and consistent stakeholder alignment.
• System Compliance: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate activity tracking within our ATS (Workday).

What We Look for in a Candidate

• Fluency: Top-notch communication skills in both German and English (native or business-fluent level).
• Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search preferably within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, or niche corporate verticals.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and resilience to partner with demanding, high-level business leaders.
• Sourcing Capability: Deep knowledge of direct headhunting, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
• Corporate Mindset: Experience working against quality metrics (e.g., CV-to-interview ratios) within a fast-paced environment, combined with independence and a self-starter attitude.
