In this role, you will be the voice of a global brand, assisting travelers from all over the world with their bookings, modifications, and travel inquiries. Your Role & Impact

You will act as the primary point of contact for travelers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from booking to arrival. Your day-to-day will involve:

Support & Problem Solving: Managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding flights, hotels, and travel packages.

Booking Lifecycle Management: Handling cancellations, modifications, refunds, and payment clarifications.

Service Recovery: Addressing travel-related complaints with empathy and professional resolution.

Partner Interaction: Assisting with extranet accounts and responding to customer reviews.

Collaboration: Working in a multilingual environment where English is used for systems, training, and internal team communication.

What You Bring to the Team

Language Proficiency: Native or C1-level fluency in German (mandatory).

English Skills: B2+ proficiency for training, systems, and internal communication.

Customer-First Mindset: A passion for helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment (Monday–Friday & weekends).

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: Base salary of €1,300 gross/month + performance bonuses (up to 10% of gross salary).

Meal Allowance: Edenred Ticket Restaurant (up to €100/month).

Remote Flexibility: Work from home anywhere in Greece.

Relocation Support (Choose your path):

Option 1: Flight tickets + Hotel accommodation (2 weeks) + Real estate agency fee coverage.

Option 2: €250 relocation allowance + Real estate agency fee coverage.

Training & Growth: 15 days of fully paid, in-depth training on travel systems and booking flows.
