Turn your travel expertise into unforgettable trips for some of the world's most demanding clients, from anywhere in Spain. Already living here or ready to make the move? Both are welcome.

We're recruiting for a global luxury travel and lifestyle concierge company. It serves the members of private banks, wealth managers and premium brands. Those members book their travel, dining and experiences through the company, and they expect it to be flawless. You'll be the German-speaking expert who makes that happen.

What you'll do

  • Plan and book complex, multi-leg itineraries: flights, hotels, transfers and experiences
  • Advise high-end members in German and English by phone and email
  • Handle last-minute changes calmly and get it right the first time
  • Go beyond travel with restaurant, event and culture requests

What you bring

  • German at native or C2 level, plus fluent English (C2)
  • At least 4 years in the travel industry, advising clients and booking travel yourself
  • At least 1 year of hands-on GDS experience (Amadeus preferred, Sabre or Galileo also fine), used within the last 5 years
  • A real passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy and culture
  • A service mindset, flexibility and composure under pressure
  • Availability for a 5-day week on rotating shifts between 07:00 and 21:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
  • You live in Spain or are ready to move here, and you have the right to work in Spain

This role needs real travel industry experience, so it isn't a fit for career changers.

What you get

  • EUR 28,000 to 32,000 gross base salary per year
  • Moving to Spain? Your flight is paid
  • Fully remote work from anywhere in Spain, with all equipment sent to your home
  • 6 weeks of structured, fully remote training
  • A long-term contract with a publicly listed international company (around 1,500 people in 20+ offices)
  • One month of paid sabbatical after every five years
  • A paid volunteering day every year
  • A loyalty rewards programme with bonuses and gifts
  • Travel and entertainment discounts, plus remote working holidays
  • Real career growth: many people move up into senior and management roles
