German+English speaking Pre-Sales Agent

Join our fast growing company as a German speaking Pre-Sales Agent wih C1-C2 level German and B2 level of English language skills.

It is a remote full time position.

Start date: 26.08.2026

9 am - 6 pm CET*; flexible, 5 days per week working and 2 days off

(determined by the client 1 week in advance)

At Mindy-Support you have great opportunity to get:

• Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
• Compensation – $1,200/month during probation period(2 month) , $1,200/month plus up to $100 KPI bonus for reaching KPIs after probation .
• Training will be provided by the company and the client;
• Management's attention, support and motivation.

Your responsibilities:

• Follow-up calls in German and English with leads with the aim of booking

a doctor's appointment;

• Calls to customers who canceled an appointment to re-book;
• Manage the database of customers in the CRM (HubSpot);
• Perform any additional administrative tasks;
• Report to senior management.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

• English at the B2 level;
• German at the C1-C2 level;
• Super comfortable with calls,
• Organized and dedicated
• Previous Sales experience 1+ years (on calls with German speakers)
• Excellent communication skills;
• HubSpot or any similar CRM experience
• Knowledge of medical terms
• Ability to remain focused while working remotely.
• Have a backup Internet, powerbanks, etc. to work without interruptions
