GHL Automation & Meta Ads Specialist | Remote

Description:

Brevity is looking for an experienced GHL Automation & Meta Ads Specialist to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience building advanced GHL automations and managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage advanced GHL workflows for lead qualification, scoring, nurturing, and follow-up.
• Build funnels, landing pages, forms, questionnaires, and automated lead journeys.
• Set up and manage SMS, email, and AI-powered automations.
• Integrate GHL with Meta Ads, landing pages, and third-party tools.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and lead quality.
• Build complete lead journeys from Meta Ad → Lead Capture → Qualification → Appointment → Follow-up → Nurture.
• Monitor leads and ensure qualified prospects are properly followed up with.
• Analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support ad creatives, copy, targeting, and lead-generation strategies.
• Maintain and optimize the client's GHL CRM and automation infrastructure.
• Identify gaps in existing systems and continuously improve automation and conversion processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience, particularly with advanced workflows and automations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and lead generation, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and improving lead quality.
• 3+ years of experience with ad creatives and copy, preferably for lead-generation campaigns.
• 2+ years of experience working with real estate businesses, agents, or real estate marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead qualification, nurturing, conversion funnels, and automated follow-up.
• Experience with GHL integrations, SMS/email automation, and AI tools.
• Experience working with US or Canadian real estate clients is preferred.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and recommend strategies to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the client's GHL and advertising systems.
