Job Description This Senior Manager - Medical Affairs role serves as a strategic partner and operational leader within the US Medical Affairs Oncology organization, supporting the Community Cancer Collective (CCC) and Strategic Evidence and Collaborations (SEC) initiatives. The position partners with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and project execution. Open to either Parsippany, NJ or Foster City, CA locations, with roles designated as hybrid or remote; candidates should be local to a site to commute in when needed. Monday–Friday day shift. Virology and/or Oncology background preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategic planning and operational activities across CCC and SEC, including development of work plans, project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. - Provide meeting management support for CCC/SEC team meetings and various cross-functional meetings; also provide meeting management support for national MSL and leadership team meetings as applicable. - Utilize data analytics to uncover areas of opportunity to enhance performance, efficiency, and project management; track productivity and operational excellence via KPIs. - Support execution of CCC and SEC strategies and launch planning where applicable. - Implement and manage the current CCC dashboard and support similar tools emerging from the SEC team. - Facilitate training within US Medical Affairs on CCC and SEC playbooks and new processes. - Prepare and manage communications including emails, program update presentations, and leadership check-ins. Capabilities: - Strong project management and strategic planning skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external partnerships. - Experience in data analysis and performance tracking (KPI-driven operations). - Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and legal frameworks in medical operations. Requirements: - BS/BA required; Master’s degree preferred. - Senior Manager: 2+ years of experience in Medical Affairs roles (Associate Director level typically 5+ years). - Proven track record in project leadership and operational excellence. - Background in Oncology and/or Virology is preferred. Location and Work Arrangement: - Open to either Parsippany, NJ or Foster City, CA. - Roles will be hybrid or remote; candidates must be local to a site to commute as needed. - Monday–Friday day shift. Contract Details: - Start Date: 2025-11-03; End Date: 2026-05-03 (approximately 6 months). Compensation: - Pay Rate: $87.00 per hour (W2).
