Role Objective and Scope

• Carrie is seeking a contractor to support the integration of functions outside of Kite Development into the existing integrated planning system, Planisware.
  
• The contractor will serve as a partner to global project managers, ensuring project plans are robust and include all necessary work packages for trial execution.
  
• Unlike a dedicated project manager, this position requires high flexibility to move between different clinical plans and fill resource gaps wherever they arise.
  

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

• Mastery of the Planisware system is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
  
• Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of direct experience using and planning within the system from day one.
  
• Some daily tasks would be: Resource Forecasting, Data Reporting, and meeting with the true Clinical Trials Project Managers to determine where support is needed.
  
• Carrie rejected the idea of onboarding candidates who would need to ramp up or learn the system, regardless of their background in other portfolio management tools.
  
• Clinical trial planning experience is an absolute requirement for the role.
  
• The candidate must understand clinical trial execution and the specific activities required to manage trial work packages.
