This role sits at the intersection of GIS engineering, network planning, geospatial analytics, software development, and market strategy. The individual will utilize Python, SQL, GIS technologies, broadband datasets, and competitive intelligence to help determine where future network investments should be made.
The ideal candidate understands how telecommunications networks are built and expanded and can transform large datasets into actionable insights that drive fiber deployment, subscriber growth, and market expansion decisions.
This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Network Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.\

- Support fiber expansion planning and broadband growth strategies
- Automate reporting, data collection, and decision-support processes
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership teams
- Collaborate with Network Planning and Engineering organizations to support long-term investment decisions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within the telecommunications, broadband, fiber, or cable industry
- Strong Python experience for analytics, automation, and data processing
- Strong SQL experience working with large datasets and complex queries
