Join a team where accounting excellence, compliance, and collaboration drive business success. We are looking for a detail-oriented GL Accountant who is experienced in Polish accounting regulations and enjoys working in a dynamic Shared Service Center environment.

Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław supports multiple legal entities, with a strong focus on Polish companies. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end General Ledger activities, support period-end closings, prepare financial reporting, and help ensure compliance with local accounting requirements and internal controls.

💻 This is how your responsibilities would look like:

• Managing end-to-end accounting processes for Polish entities
• Performing General Ledger account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and yearly period-end closing activities
• Creating and posting complex journal entries
• Preparing, analyzing, and delivering financial statements
• Performing monthly and quarterly accounting reporting activities
• Supporting internal and external audit processes
• Maintaining and monitoring internal controls
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality accounting process delivery
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting best accounting practices

📚We also need to have some requirements, so here they are:

Must-have qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial accounting, supporting Polish entities
• Good knowledge of General Ledger processes and end-to-end accounting activities
• Good understanding of Polish accounting principles and regulations
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with financial data
• Collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
• Team-oriented, goal-focused, and flexible approach

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• SAP system knowledge
• Additional European language skills
• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
