GL Process Specialist - Fully Remote (F/M)

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax processes across internal and client projects.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Lead and participate in client meetings and discussions.
• Support and deliver tax-related projects, including indirect tax (VAT) initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement solutions.
• Support process transitions from clients to the outsourcing team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Accounting and Tax
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum B2) for daily communication with clients.
• Strong SAP knowledge and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience working directly with clients and leading meetings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
