Job Description

Vialto is seeking a Global Account Officer to join its rapidly growing team, supporting the delivery of tax, social security, and immigration services. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams around the world, facilitating and coordinating services to ensure a seamless experience and the highest standards of client service.


We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility professional with a strong understanding of cross-border matters and the ambition to develop and progress in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be confident in managing client relationships and engagements, coordinating tailored solutions across a broad range of tax, social security, and immigration matters, supporting the development of the team, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, address queries, and coordinate technical guidance to support their global mobility needs, including simplifying complex information and highlighting key points.
  • Coordinate requests between clients and Vialto offices, ensuring timely delivery and seamless communication among all parties.
  • Review consulting deliverables prepared by Vialto offices to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Monitor performance against agreed client KPIs and service standards, and support timely remediation where required.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to support operational governance, performance monitoring, and project oversight.
  • Participate actively in regular client operational meetings and annual account reviews, and support the delivery of account reviews for other key countries.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the coordination team, ensuring the effective and timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.
  • Manage and resolve issues and escalations arising from complex cases.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery.
  • Monitor and coordinate Vialto network invoices, supporting accurate and timely billing.


Preferred skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience. 
  • Experience in managing global accounts within a corporate organization or as a professional service provider / law firm for other organizations. 
  • Experience in global mobility (e.g. global coordination, tax, social security) is preferred. 


Additional Information

  • Location: Paris
  • The role is hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)
