Job Description:
This position serves as the Global Freight Forwarding (GFF) Solutions and Implementation Manager, supporting the development and execution of customized Freight Forwarding solutions for Healthcare customers. A strong understanding of Global Freight Forwarding operations is essential, as the individual will partner closely with Sales to design tailored General Cargo and Cold Chain transportation solutions across both Air and Ocean freight services.
Following the successful award of business, the role requires exceptional program management capabilities to lead end-to-end implementation activities and ensure the seamless onboarding of new customers. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering a positive customer experience, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the successful launch and operational stabilization of new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management Skills – Required
- Global Freight Forwarding experience – Required
- Knowledge of Cold Chain Pharma to build custom Healthcare Solutions – Required

- Job Grade: 303
- Shift: Monday – Friday. Flexibility is required to support operational needs and communicate with international stakeholders as needed.
