About the Opportunity:
The GLOBAL BENEFITS AND MOBILITY PARTNER role focuses on managing global mobility and immigration programs within the Global Benefits Team. This position is responsible for ensuring a compliant and equitable mobility and immigration experience, partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors. The role contributes by streamlining processes, maintaining policy clarity, and supporting employees through the mobility lifecycle, thereby enabling the organization to effectively manage international assignments and related compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Administer global mobility and immigration programs, policies, and processes across supported countries and employees.
- Act as the subject-matter expert and primary contact for immigration, international assignments, relocations, visa sponsorships, and related mobility issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements through AI and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with People, Recruiting, Legal, and Analytics teams to design AI-supported workflows that reduce manual tasks.
- Develop and maintain clear policies, process guides, and self-service resources for mobility and immigration inquiries.
- Measure and monitor process improvements using timelines, service quality metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate closely with global mobility and immigration partners, managing service quality, costs, and case progress.
- Gain working knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) and benefits programs to assist with related case coordination and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in global mobility, immigration, or related HR/Total Rewards roles.
- Proven expertise in managing immigration and mobility programs, vendor relationships, and employee processes across multiple countries.
- Experience working with external mobility and immigration partners and managing cross-functional coordination.
- Strong understanding of immigration compliance, mobility policies, cross-border employee movement, and associated risks.
- Demonstrated discretion and judgment handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with an employee-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Willingness to learn LOA and benefits programs; prior experience in these areas is advantageous but not required.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
