The Global Benefits Manager is responsible for managing Cofense’s global benefit program, including ensuring efficient operation of all benefits programs, providing day-to-day benefits administration and guidance, and assisting employees in all domestic and international locations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of all domestic and international Cofense benefit programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with benefits brokers in all domestic and international locations
  • Coordinate annual benefit renewals in partnership with local broker teams to manage cost increases and total spend
  • Conduct annual open enrollment activities and education for applicable Cofense locations
  • Maintain Cofense’s global retirement programs, including all annual audit requirements
  • Oversee the processing of new enrollments, benefit changes, terminations, and COBRA continuation
  • Create and distribute benefit communications for new employees, open enrollment, and other benefit-related projects; facilitate internal and external employee education programming on benefit-related topics throughout the year
  • Conduct new hire benefits orientation for new hires and explain company paid benefit programs
  • Review, reconcile and process all benefit invoices
  • Validate all benefit enrollments and corresponding payroll deductions
  • Manage and administer all Cofense leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, and Parental Leave
  • Assist in the data collection of annual required projects such as audits, 5500 filings, ACA reporting, etc.
  • Create and execute Cofense’s global Wellness program; develop an annual strategy and budget to ensure a well-rounded program that will excite employees and foster employee engagement
  • Conduct benefits-related due diligence as Cofense looks to enter into new countries and territories
  • Coordinate and complete the annual Salary benchmarking report with vendor (Culpepper)
  • Special projects as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Excellent customer service and superior communication skills; must be comfortable discussing and explaining numerous benefits to all levels and cultures of employees
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

Education and/or Experience:

  • Five or more years of benefits administration experience
  • Experience with HRIS system required, previous experience with UKG
  • Experience with international benefits strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
