The Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA) is looking for an internationally experienced Global Chapters Director to lead, strengthen and scale its growing global chapter network. This is a senior international leadership role combining strategic leadership, commercial growth, stakeholder management and operational performance across a diverse global network.


About the Global Anti-Scam Alliance

GASA is a rapidly growing non-profit that unites governments, law enforcement, consumer authorities, tech companies, financial institutions, cybersecurity experts, and private organizations to share knowledge, raise awareness, and combat scams globally. Our annual Global Anti-Scam Summits in Europe, Asia, and Africa bring together thought leaders shaping safer digital ecosystems. To increase our local impact, we have established regional chapters in Africa, APAC, Brazil, Mexico, North America and are working on launching chapters in China, Europe, India and MENA to foster collaboration and grow our partner network.


Your role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead and develop GASA's global chapter network across regions, countries and affiliates. You will coach and enable experienced Chapter Directors with P&L responsibility across the world, focusing on development and enablement rather than (micro-)management. As the primary link between headquarters and the chapter network, you will translate GASA's global strategy into clear objectives, plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance expectations while ensuring consistent execution and local market responsiveness.


  • As Global Chapters Director, you will:
  • Build and strengthen chapters, including new chapters in priority markets such as China, India, and MENA.
  • Develop and grow relationships with affiliate organizations in Belgium, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and South Korea.
  • Drive membership growth, revenue, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, community building, and regional impact.
  • Establish and optimize scalable processes for governance, reporting, quality, compliance, risk, and performance.
  • Monitor chapter performance through KPIs, budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and regular business reviews.
  • Coach, support, and train Chapter Directors where needed.
  • Strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and joint initiatives across chapters and GASA headquarters.
  • Partner with GASA internal teams on summits, events, partnerships, membership, and strategic initiatives.


About you

You are an international leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational management. You empower experienced leaders, adapt your management style to different individuals and situations, and create clarity without unnecessary bureaucracy. You are an influential communicator and relationship builder with experience working across cultures and engaging senior stakeholders in the public, private, technology, cybersecurity, financial, and non-profit sectors. You actively carry and represent GASA's mission to protect people from scams. You are based in Western Europe, ideally in the Netherlands, and have experience leading global, remote teams of approximately 30+ highly educated professionals.


You bring

  • Master's degree in business, management, international relations, or comparable discipline.
  • Significant international leadership experience across multiple continents.
  • Track record in building international networks, preferably in membership organizations.
  • Track record of in delivering measurable growth, revenue, membership, customer value, and operational performance.
  • Expertise in coaching and developing managers and senior professionals in a matrix or network organization.
  • Experience with CRM, project management, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven performance tools.
  • Fluent, near-native English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • You are willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
