Global Client Acquisition Executive – IT Services

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, lead generation, and client acquisition across international markets. Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other B2B platforms.

Identify and engage potential clients across the USA, UK, Middle East, and India.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software development solutions.

Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project presentations.

Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and assist in closing deals.

Coordinate with technical teams for project estimations and solution planning.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly business development targets.

Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Services Sales.

Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of software development services, including Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, AI Solutions, Cloud Services, and Custom Software.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
