  • Create engaging communications, campaigns and storytelling that bring Pentland Brands' strategy, culture and priorities to life.

  • Lead the planning, communications and delivery of key internal events and experiences, including town halls, leadership conferences, global gatherings, fireside chats, lunch & learns and employee engagement activities.

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop impactful communications for key business moments, helping colleagues understand our priorities, progress and performance.

  • Lead CEO and Executive Team communications, including leadership calls, global broadcasts and organisation-wide updates.

  • Support the delivery of internal brand campaigns, product launches, immersions and other initiatives that strengthen connection to our brands and business strategy.

  • Lead content planning, editorial governance and channel optimisation activities.

  • Explore and implement new technologies, including Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled communication tools, to drive efficiency and engagement.

Brand & Corporate Communications Support

  • Collaborate across Pentland Brands and our portfolio of brands to support joined-up communications and storytelling.

  • Provide communications support for corporate announcements, reputation initiatives and key business moments.

  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure consistency between internal and external messaging.
