Job Description: Overview: Ready to make your impact within our Global Compliance Office Team, supporting the retail business by reducing risk through assessments and process improvement? During this Co-Op, you will learn the importance of risk assessments, how to create and conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Corporate Risk & Compliance standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct business-related research and writing, all while helping strengthen compliance and risk management practices across the organization. The Team: The Global Compliance Office, a function within Corporate Risk & Compliance, aims to proactively reduce risk within our organization by partnering with subject matter experts across TJX. The Global Compliance Office evaluates existing processes in conjunction with business needs, regulatory requirements, and company standards to help drive a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement. The Opportunity: Our Global Compliance Office is expanding! We have added a Global Compliance Office Co-Op Student to support Global Compliance Office functions including, but not limited to, business-related research and writing, risk assessments, data analytics, and process improvement. This is a hybrid position with Tuesday and Wednesday as in-person office days. Responsibilities • Support Global Compliance Office team mailbox responding to inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate. • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely resolution of compliance-related questions and requests. • Track and analyze compliance training completion metrics across business regions. • Prepare recurring compliance metrics reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders. • Assist with composing completion trends, risks, and opportunities through clear and concise reporting to Leadership • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of compliance training programs and awareness campaigns. • Assist in identifying, recruiting, and coordinating user testers for compliance training and learning solutions • Gather and document testing feedback to support continuous improvement of compliance training content and learner experience. • Support business-related research, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to advance compliance objectives. • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned in support of Global Compliance Office priorities.
