Your contribution to something big: As a Global Creative Development Manager , you will transform customer insights into impactful creative concepts, helping shape global campaigns that strengthen the Bosch brand and create meaningful customer experiences. Transform consumer and PRO/DIY insights into compelling creative concepts that strengthen Bosch's global brand. Develop creative concepts and brand narratives for integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all campaign assets. Drive creative development from ideation to execution, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation and improve creative workflows. Review creative deliverables and provide guidance to maintain high-quality standards. Support global content production and contribute to continuous process improvement. What distinguishes you: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field. Experience: Experience in creative development, brand marketing or advertising, ideally within an international environment. Experience managing creative projects and collaborating with agencies. Know-how: Strong understanding of creative strategy, branding and campaign development. Knowledge of content production workflows and AI-powered creative tools. Experience with MarTech solutions such as PIM or DAM is a plus. Working Style and Methods: Structured, collaborative and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Personality: Creative, proactive and curious, with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation. Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
