About the Role: Gen is seeking an adaptable, high-energy Contract Global Customer Care Recruiter to support high-volume front line hiring, with a strong focus on building monthly training classes and maintaining consistent hiring velocity. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-fill environments and knows how to move candidates efficiently through a high-touch, streamlined process without compromising quality or candidate experience. The role is hybrid and based out of the Tempe, AZ office, with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite. This recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and interview teams to deliver hiring outcomes for recurring class-based starts and ongoing business demand. Success in this role requires strong full-cycle recruiting capability, proactive pipeline management, comfort with high applicant flow, and the ability to create structure, urgency, and consistency across every stage of the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings experience hiring for high-volume front line roles in environments such as customer support, sales, operations, or other fast-paced teams that hire in cohorts. They are highly organized, metrics-driven, and confident using AI-enabled sourcing tools and modern ATS platforms such as Ashby to improve speed, visibility, and decision-making. This recruiter will play a critical role in helping Gen meet hiring goals, fill monthly training classes, and deliver a candidate experience that is efficient, engaging, and aligned to Gen’s brand. Key Responsibilities: Manage a high-volume requisition load focused on front line hiring and recurring class-based starts. Build, launch, and maintain talent pipelines that support monthly training classes and ongoing hiring demand. Drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer support, and pre-start follow-up. Develop efficient sourcing strategies to generate active candidate flow, including job boards, resume database mining, referrals, local market outreach, and passive-candidate engagement where appropriate. Leverage AI-enabled tools, data insights, and ATS capabilities such as Ashby to improve workflow efficiency, pipeline visibility, and conversion rates. Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate hiring profiles, align on class size and start dates, and maintain urgency against hiring timelines. Run structured, repeatable hiring processes that support speed, consistency, and quality at scale. Track funnel health across key stages, identify bottlenecks early, and adjust strategy to ensure classes are filled on time. Deliver a strong, high-touch candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and thoughtful process management. Support offer, onboarding, and handoff activities to help new hires transition successfully into training classes. Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and internal policies across all stages of recruitment. About you: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Experience: Proven success recruiting for high-volume front line roles in fast-paced environments. Experience hiring into recurring cohorts, training classes, or class-based start models. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience. Experience partnering with hiring managers in operational, customer-facing, or fast-fill environments.
