Global Customer Proposition and Commercialization Lead

As Global Customer Proposition & Commercialization Lead , you will be responsible for developing, and executing compelling customer propositions that can be deployed across every region in which our global clients operate. You will bring commercial rigour and strategic clarity to how Experian packages and prices its solutions globally -creating the frameworks, tools, and governance that enable our sales and account teams to win and grow with confidence. You will report to SVP, Global Strategic Partnerships. What you'll do: Guide expansion across global accounts by ensuring clients derive value from Experian solutions Partner with account and sales teams to align solution capabilities to specific client use cases and goals Develop and share best practices for global proposition development and pricing that improve win rates and commercial outcomes Analyse global customer use cases and translate them into compelling, commercially viable propositions Design standardised global product propositions — including positioning, pricing frameworks, and commercial terms Oversee the end-to-end commercialization of global propositions, including pricing model design, alignment with regional pricing structures, and navigation of approval frameworks What you'll bring: 5+ years experience in Partnerships, Channel, GTM, Business Development, or Growth roles within B2B SaaS or product-led organizations. Substantial leadership experience spanning strategy, sales, and value proposition development, with a strong record of cross-functional impact. Experience navigating large, matrixed global organizations with diverse and distributed stakeholders.
