Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead and coordinate strategic projects across the newly formed Global Customer Solutions (GCS) EMEA organization. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of regional initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing project plans and deliverables, and supporting the transformation agenda across GCS EMEA.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO Lead and regional leadership team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects and transformation initiatives across GCS EMEA.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, governance structures, risk logs, and status reporting to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial partners.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation actions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, prepare project updates, and provide visibility of progress to leadership stakeholders.
  • Support prioritization and resource planning across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Drive implementation of process improvements and best practices that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Support change management activities, stakeholder communications, and adoption plans related to project implementations.
  • Develop management presentations, business cases, and executive-level reporting to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the PMO Lead to track project outcomes, benefits realization, and overall portfolio performance.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in project management, program management, business transformation, operational excellence, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Experience in customer service, supply chain, operations, or commercial functions within a multi-country environment.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation, digital initiatives, automation, or AI-related projects.
  • Background in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • Experience working across EMEA markets and collaborating with global teams.
