Are you passionate about transforming planning capabilities at scale and shaping the future of supply chains? Mars Pet Nutrition is seeking a Global Demand Planning COE Lead to define and drive our global Demand Planning strategy, standards and capability roadmap across our international network. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we generate demand signals, enable data-driven decision-making and deliver business outcomes that support growth, service, inventory optimisation and waste reduction.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Define and lead the global Demand Planning capability strategy, roadmap and maturity journey across Mars Pet Nutrition.
  • Own and continuously improve the global Demand Planning template, standards, governance and best-practice methodologies.
  • Act as the functional design authority for Demand Planning within Enterprise Planning and OMP, ensuring alignment between systems, processes and business objectives.
  • Partner with regional planning teams to assess capability maturity, identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption of global standards.
  • Establish and govern performance management frameworks, including forecast accuracy, bias, value-add and key business outcome measures.
  • Build and lead a global Demand Planning community of practice, developing capability, sharing best practices and enabling continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Technologies, Commercial, Supply, Finance and S&OP+ teams to shape planning solutions and maximise value realisation from Enterprise Planning investments.

What are we looking for?

  • Deep expertise in Demand Planning and consensus forecasting, including forecast accuracy, bias measurement, demand sensing and forecast value-add methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and how demand planning integrates with S&OP+, supply planning, inventory and financial planning.
  • Experience with advanced planning technologies and digital planning solutions, ideally including OMP, Kinaxis, SAP and planning analytics tools.
  • Proven success designing and deploying global operating models, processes and capability-building programmes.
  • Ability to translate planning excellence into measurable business outcomes across service, inventory, waste, cash and growth.
  • A collaborative leader who can influence stakeholders globally and drive change across complex, matrix organisations.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
  • Join a purpose-driven company where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.
  • Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to Mars University.
  • An industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
