Job Summary This is an exciting role to work on a globally recognizable brand committed to shaping the future of its sector. We’re looking for a “can-do” attitude and “team-first” player to join our digital team. The Digital Manager will work alongside the Digital Director and Head of Digital to deliver on global strategic priorities, drive quality and innovative solutions, and ensure adherence to overall digital planning, activation and operational best practices by local markets. The Digital Manager will work in close collaboration with the Account team and will coordinate with Havas specialists (e.g. Data, Ad Operations, Search, Social, and Programmatic experts). Mission & Responsibilities You will support the Digital Director to manage and work with global and local teams of specialists to create perfectly aligned communication solutions and share exchange of best practices. You will be a key member in developing innovative digital strategies and bringing AI-solutions to markets to enable better performance and client business outcomes. You will help deliver and oversee the implementation approach for this strategy alongside channel specialists within the team. You build good relationships with key media partners to provide the best service and access to products and resources. You will manage and review the local execution of digital strategy, implementation and reporting. Soft Skills & Competencies Skills 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing field – media planning/activation preferred, digital media & tech savvy and a passion for staying on top of trends. Paid social background preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience of working on high profile clients and communicating effectively with senior client stakeholders. Proficient understanding of digital technology partners (i.e. IAS, Google Marketing Platform). Comfortable adapting to new AI tools and skilled in usage of AI to enhance performance and drive better client outcomes. General knowledge of marketing technology solutions required for paid media activity (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Mobile Measurement Platforms, Analytics etc.). Excellent verbal and written communicator. Strong sense of problem solving, critical thinking, and solutions-oriented creativity. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments. Strong project management and managerial skills. Abilities Excellent people & networking skills. Self-starter demonstrating initiative and proactiveness. Analytical and thorough in understanding challenges and in identifying optimal solution. Accurate and attentive to detail. Collaborative, building and maintaining strong relationships with global & local teams, clients, partners, and media owners.
