Global HR Business Partner Global HR Business Partner Location: Athens | Full-time On behalf of our client, a leading international organization operating in the technology services sector, we are looking for an experienced Global HR Business Partner to join its team in Athens. The successful candidate will act as a key HR partner to Executive and Senior Management across different business and support functions globally, contributing to the alignment and implementation of the overall HR agenda across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Act as the main HR point of contact for Executive and Senior Management across global business functions. Drive cross-functional and international HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with HR and business teams. Support strategic HR topics including retention, succession planning, skills development and workforce planning. Analyze HR data, KPIs and workforce trends and translate insights into organizational and structural recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations supporting HR and business decision-making. Develop and monitor key HR metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, HR teams and business leaders across different countries. Support HR colleagues in handling complex people-related and organizational matters. Coordinate HR topics across countries, working with local and central HR teams to develop practical and effective solutions. Candidate Profile 8+ years of professional experience in HR Business Partnering, Project Management or Consulting , ideally within an international and matrix organization. Proven experience in designing, developing or re-engineering HR operating models. Strong experience working with senior and executive stakeholders and managing competing business priorities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and networking skills. Strong business acumen combined with strategic and analytical thinking. Structured and data-driven approach with a strong focus on execution. Fluency in English (C1 level).
