Global IT Talent Sourcer

Key responsabilidies:

• Proactively source qualified candidates across global markets using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs in IT staffing, software development, and related domains.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate interest, availability, and fit.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Research new talent pools, competitor landscapes, and compensation benchmarks across target markets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data, ensuring clean and up-to-date information.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by crafting compelling outreach messages tailored to different geographies and cultures.
• Track sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion rates, time-to-pipeline) and continuously optimize your approach.
• Support diversity and inclusion goals by proactively sourcing underrepresented talent.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in IT staffing or tech services.
• Proven track record sourcing technical profiles (software engineers, QA, BA, DevOps, etc.) across multiple countries.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn.
• Strong written communication skills in English; ability to craft persuasive, personalised outreach.
• Comfort operating in a fully remote, asynchronous, and fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and disciplined approach to data hygiene and pipeline management.
