Your Purpose The Straumann Global Medical Education team is responsible for the successful commercialization of Straumann innovations from a training and education perspective. This function is vital to facilitate meaningful learning experiences that elevate professional skills, inspire confidence, and ultimately improve patient care outcomes globally. You play a crucial role in bringing our education programs to life by implementing and managing hands-on experiences for healthcare professionals to nurture confident use of Straumann innovations. Your Impact In this role, you enable the end-to-end delivery of impactful learning experiences and exploit your strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities and excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills to manage Straumann’s course materials portfolio. We seek a highly analytical and results oriented professional with experience in international medical device environments to lead: The end-to-end implementation of new course and demo materials concepts in collaboration with internal product and education management organizations, Straumann Group supply chain, as well as 3rd party vendors. The end-to-end lean management of course & demo materials portfolio in collaboration with regions, key markets and select 3rd party education partners. Strategic cost optimization initiatives for course and demo materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams, i.e. finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, education and external partners. Who You’ll Collaborate With: In this role, the following functions are your main interfaces: Global education, product management, and events teams 3rd Party KOLs and course coordinators Internal service departments, such as: Engineering for course material development Logistics for course materials handling Warehouse for course materials inventory management Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Financial KPIs Manage and reduce COGS, handling mark-ups, and operational costs for course and demo materials Annual realized savings versus baseline Increased number of courses delivered within existing budgets Operational KPIs Support forecasting and demand planning Implement hands-on exercise kits Optimize and simplify training model portfolios Increase adoption of alternatives to animal and cadaver models Improve standardization across countries and regions Your Qualifications & Experience MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field 5+ years of experience in dentistry space within international medical device or healthcare organizations Proven track record in cost optimization, lean management, and operational transformation Experience working in global matrix organizations Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and organizational change Strong communication and presentation skills Competence working with MS Office programs Knowledge of dental implantology and digital clinical workflows are a strong plus. Fluency in English is mandatory. Other languages are an advantage.
